Track My Order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email, or the tracking number itself. Tracking usually goes live within 24–48 hours of dispatch — before that the carrier has the label but not yet the parcel, so an empty result on day one is normal.

Can't find your order number? It is in the subject line of your confirmation email. If you still can't find it, email info@tron-us.com or call 847-800-8585 (Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm CST) and we will look it up.
