When will I get tracking information? +

Do you ship internationally? +

At this time, most orders are focused on U.S. fulfillment. International shipping availability may vary depending on destination and current rollout plans.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Can I return a product if I don’t like it? +

Yes. We offer 30-day returns for eligible orders. Items should be returned in original condition and packaging whenever possible.

How long do refunds take? +

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Do your products include a warranty? +

Are TRON products MagSafe compatible? +

Which phones support fast charging? +

Most newer smartphones support fast charging, including iPhone 8 and newer, plus many recent Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and other Android models.

Your actual charging speed may depend on your phone model, cable type, and power adapter wattage.

Do your chargers support multiple devices? +
