Buying direct

Everything we make is listed here first, including colours and lengths that do not always reach retail shelves. Orders placed before 5pm CST usually ship the same business day from our facility in Northbrook, Illinois, and most US orders arrive in two to five business days.

Standard US shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum to hit. An expedited 3-day option is available at checkout if you need it sooner. Every order is covered by the 2-Year Limited Warranty and 30-Day Free Returns, whichever channel you bought through.

Buying in store

Stock varies by location — a store carrying our cables may not carry the multi-port chargers. Call ahead if you are making a trip for a specific model, and have the SKU handy (it is printed on the box, e.g. TR14).

A note on marketplaces

We do not authorise every third-party seller who lists our products. If you bought a Tron product from a marketplace seller and something is wrong with it, contact us anyway — bring the SKU and your order details and we will tell you where you stand on warranty. Start here.
