Order Processing
Orders placed before 5 PM CST are usually processed the same business day. Tracking details are typically sent that evening or by the next business morning.
Shipping Speed
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days. All orders ship from our Illinois-based facility, and expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Carriers
We primarily ship with USPS and may use other carriers depending on package size, destination, and shipping speed. Every shipped order includes tracking.
Tracking Updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking updates by email and SMS if enabled. You can also check your shipment anytime using our Order Tracker.
